Group accommodation & seminars for tour operators – Uneallika Retreat (Harju County)

Uneallika Retreat accommodates up to 40 guests (winter up to 30). All buildings are located on the same private property, with separate entrances and can be used as independent accommodation units. Each house has a kitchen or kitchenette, shower and toilet. Parking is free, including space for a large coach.

The houses are within a 50-metre radius, surrounded by greenery and quiet – a good environment for both work and rest. We mainly host groups, but also welcome smaller parties when dates fit.

The complex consists of five distinctive houses, each with its own character and atmosphere:

Houses and accommodation options

• Small house – a cosy home for four. Shower, toilet and terrace. Two separate rooms, a loft bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor.
• Lättekoda – the heart of the retreat, in a country-home style. Several toilets and showers, a bathtub, hot tub, sauna and terrace. Up to 11 guests in separate beds. The upper floor is split into two sides: one side has two rooms (double + four-bed), the other side has a double room plus two beds, and there is one bed in the middle area.
• Seminar & event house – a spacious, bright house for up to 40 participants (overnight stay for 20). Sauna, 4 toilets, 2 showers, terrace and a fireplace lounge. Rooms include single, double and four-bed rooms.
  The ground floor has underfloor heating (geothermal), which keeps the space pleasantly warm in colder seasons.
• Barn cottages – over 100-year-old buildings for smaller groups (2–4 people). Each has its own shower, sauna and terrace. One has two separate beds; the other has four mattresses on the upper level.

Activities and seminar programmes for groups

At Uneallika, you can combine focused work with recovery time. We offer a range of activities and experiences that can be adjusted for both small and large groups.

Inspiration and inner journeys

• Evening talk “Secrets of lucid dreaming” – an inspiring discussion and experience-based introduction to lucid dreaming (2–2.5 h). Works well as an evening programme or as a calm closing of the day.
• Becoming yourself through dreams – a practical deep dive into self-awareness and inner strength (4 h). A connecting experience for teams looking for clarity and balance.
• Experience talk & breakfast – morning inspiration and shared reflection (up to 10 participants). Suits leadership groups or creative teams.

Creative activities and workshops

• Dream theatre – a creative team experience that opens a new perspective (1.5–3 h). Good after a seminar day or as an evening programme.

Sauna rituals and recovery

• Ritual sauna “Wolf-Bear” – a grounding sauna journey (2.5–3 h). Up to 14 people at a time; larger groups in two rounds.

Team games and collaboration

• Escape room – “Dexter murder mystery” or “Haunted by an evil spirit” (a smart team game for evening programme or a light finish to the day).
• Facilitated team games – via our partner elamusmangud.ee

Movement and presence

• Dance yoga – movement and presence with music (1.5 h). Works well as a morning wake-up or a break during a seminar day.
• Adventure orienteering – a smart-route trail in the Pae village landscape (1.5 h). For teams who want to move and discover the local story.

Activities can be added as short breaks during seminar days, as evening programmes, or as a stand-alone creative day. All workshops are led by experienced practitioners. If needed, we help you build a schedule and connect activities with catering and accommodation into one coherent plan.

Practical information

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00 (flexible by agreement when possible).
• Presentation equipment: projector, large flat-screen TV, flip chart, Wi-Fi and a speaker.
• Catering: gluten-free home-style meals on site or catering via a partner. Vegan options available on request.
• We issue invoices to companies (not VAT registered).
• Free parking on the whole property, including coaches and larger groups.
• One venue, one contact: space, equipment, catering and accommodation. We can also help plan the schedule and recommend activities based on your group size and goals.

House rules

• No outdoor shoes inside the houses.
• Slippers are recommended for terraces.
• Guests keep the spaces tidy and respectful.
• If you bring your own catering, a dish-cleaning fee applies.
• Outdoor music is kept quiet and respectful – Uneallika is in a village.
• Outdoor quiet hours from 22:00.
