Uneallika Retreat in Harju County is a place where history, nature and inner calm meet. Here you can host seminars, team gatherings, or rest with intention – in a setting that supports presence and clarity.
We are the caretakers of Uneallika. We make sure every guest feels at ease – that the day ends warmly and the night brings good rest.
Uneallika Retreat is a place where time moves in a different rhythm. At the edge of an ancient village you’ll find old stone fences, barn houses and open fields – all of it creates space where history and the present naturally meet.
Each house at Uneallika has its own character.
We have created an environment where a sense of ancient times and modern comfort go hand in hand. Our buildings – Mother Earth Hall, the Main House, barn cottages and the Guest House – are arranged so that different groups can find a fitting way to be here: a team seminar, a celebration, a family weekend, or a quiet pause.
The atmosphere is dreamlike, yet grounded and real. The limestone walls hold calm and creativity. The garden has been made with our own hands, step by step, with care.
A large, well-kept garden connects the buildings into one coherent whole. It’s a place to play, walk, grill, or sit in greenery and listen to nature.
In summer, Uneallika can host up to 42 overnight guests in separate beds. In winter, the Main House and Mother Earth Hall are open and work well for team retreats, smaller celebrations and quiet stays.

Uneallika is a coherent retreat built for shared time.
The whole complex – Mother Earth Hall, the Main House, three small cottages and the ritual sauna – fits 40 guests in summer and 30 in winter in separate beds. It’s large enough for teams and group gatherings, yet still calm and human-sized.
Here you can host team days, training days, camps and anniversaries, and sometimes quiet retreats and creative meet-ups.
Everything needed is on site – presentation equipment, saunas, hot tubs, terraces and outdoor seating areas.

For food, you can choose between two options:
– our own homestyle gluten-free catering, well suited for seminar groups
– an à la carte style menu from Padise Kastell, if you want a more festive restaurant-style feel
You can also add a lucid dreaming talk, a guided sauna ritual, or a dance-yoga class to give the day a different depth.
Uneallika is not a place for loud parties – it’s for people who value presence, creativity and calm even when being together.
Come with your team and create something you will remember.
